Human Woman - Gracie St. John

Hi, my name is Gracie St. John and I've been blogging here for over 5 years now. I talk about my life, my kids and my interests, my passions and my difficulties. Some days it's a little ditty from my heart. Other times it's a tirade on something I'm blowing steam over.

I guess I should tell you about something that really defines who I am. I have sever Bipolar Disorder Type 1 and I cycle through my different states rapidly. I talk about it, but not all the time... heh. You never know what might happen.

Just Little Steps of Pain

I'm doing pretty good, but as always, I crossed the fine line between "just enough," and "just too much". I did just too much today. I was probably ok with my activity level, but should have left the mini-boot on and used both crutchs. That's what I'll do for the next while. My next appointment is next week.

My laptop is still dead.

I'm going to watch something via Netfix online.
