Human Woman - Gracie St. John

Hi, my name is Gracie St. John and I've been blogging here for over 5 years now. I talk about my life, my kids and my interests, my passions and my difficulties. Some days it's a little ditty from my heart. Other times it's a tirade on something I'm blowing steam over.

I guess I should tell you about something that really defines who I am. I have sever Bipolar Disorder Type 1 and I cycle through my different states rapidly. I talk about it, but not all the time... heh. You never know what might happen.

Enter Pain

Today the pain count is:
-Mom had a shot in her lower back for sever lower back pain
-Jessica is having tendon pain in both hands at the base of her thumbs.
-My foot is aching but I took a couple pain pills. Maybe I'm doing too much too fast.
-Sydney is having a little pain when she pees. Not sure what to do about that because they are going to their father's tomorrow (Wed)

And now I sleep....
